Portland Avenue Park

Portland Avenue Park serves the east side of Tacoma right off Portland Avenue of course. This park has been around since 1937 but many upgrades makes Portland Avenue Park look as new as last year. Amenities include a playground, baseball field, soccer fields, basketball hoops, open space, tennis courts, covered picnic table and even a seasonal kids wading pool. There is gravel walking trail looping the park as well. Located in Portland Avenue Park is the Portland Avenue Community Recreation Center.
