Deadwood South Dakota

In 1876, the Wild West town of Deadwood was born when prospectors came across a gulch full of dead trees and a creek full of gold. Being at the north end of the Black Hills, the town is full of tourist activities. There are museums, tours, fun activities and free re-enactments in the streets. Some of the attractions and activities in and around Deadwood are the Days of 76 Museum, Deadwood Historic Tours, Broken Boot Gold Mine, Bodega Casino with the worlds largest slot machine, Black Hills Mining Museum, Adams Museum, 1880 Train, 1876 Mystery Dinner Theater.
