Blake Island Loop Hiking Trail
A long tradition to any visit to Blake Island is to walk around the island. A diehard could walk the beach around the island during low tide but this is page is for the interior forested loop trail around the island. There is some signage for the loop but your intuition is needed to just figure it out most of the time. The trail does rise and fall several times so it is no cakewalk. Short side trails give beach views in several areas.
Loop hike: 3.7 miles
Elevation Gain: 400 feet
