Strawberry Peak is a gentle mountain but the highest point between highway 40 and highway 6 east of the Strawberry Reservoir region. Its location is a nice afternoon drive if also combined with Reservation Road, a long and scenic drive for miles along Reservation Ridge. You can also access Strawberry Peak by Timber Canyon out of the Duchesne area which is what I did, followed by the drive along Reservation Road to highway 191. Strawberry Peak is also one of the 2,000+ prominence peaks of Utah.

Take Highway 6 out of Spanish Fork toward Price. Just south of Soldier Summit, take a road to the north called Reservation Ridge Road. Once on Reservation Ridge, go left (north). Use map and find your way to the summit. Most cars could make it if driven carefully.
Forgot my camera this day but Dean offered up his shots from his page on summitpost.
