This is the easy Mt. Goodie, similar to the easy Storm King Mountain across the valley. Although this area is heavily logged, there are some very nice views to be seen from the summit of Mt. Goodie.

From Elbe, go south on Highway 7 for around 4 miles to a right turn. The turn is between the 2nd and 3rd roads to the small town of Mineral. Print and follow the map below to know where to park and begin your hike.
