Little Eagle Peak is in the Green River Watershed, hiding behind the prominent McDonald Mountain. It has no official name but the small Little Eagle Lake is just below the summit and often looks on maps as the label for the summit. Little Eagle offers a nice perspective of the large valleys hidden from the public by the long ridgeline of McDonald Mountain.

This peak has restricted access due to the watershed but the roads shown on the maps below are accurate. The road halfway up the mountain was blocked at the time I was there but hiking up the road or from the road above Little Eagle Lake is an easy climb.
